Meridian Primary Care focuses on prevention, evaluation, and ongoing management of adult health concerns. Our internal medicine physicians help patients understand symptoms, monitor long-term conditions, review medications, and plan appropriate next steps.
When a concern requires diagnostic testing or specialty expertise, the department can coordinate care with the appropriate Meridian team so patients have a clear path forward.

Age- and risk-appropriate screening recommendations based on your health history.
Coordination with Meridian Labs, Meridian Diagnostic Imaging, and Meridian specialty departments when needed.
