“Scheduling an appointment with a doctor without a referral, can be scary. I wasn’t sure what to expect for my first visit, but I am happy that I chose Dr. Ngonack Ngembus. She was amazing. The front desk staff person who checked me in was kind and welcoming. The young lady who took my vitals was very sweet and made me feel comfortable.
But then I saw Dr. Ngonack Ngembus… I am so happy that I chose her. She is thorough and asked all they questions about things that I was thinking of. In addition to her clear medical knowledge, her bedside manner is top tier.
To end my visit, I had to have blood drawn. This is usually difficult because I have such little veins. However, the phlebotomist was amazing. Her awesome personality helped to reduce my anxiety, not to mention the fact that she and my husband talked about his old neighborhood and school because their high schools were rivals. The entire experience was amazing.
I highly recommend Dr. Ngonack Ngembus and this staff to anyone looking for a primary care physician. They are amazing!!!”
