Your emotional health is part of your overall health. Meridian Behavioral Health offers a confidential setting where you can talk about what you are experiencing, understand your options, and build a plan that fits your needs.

Your first visit focuses on your concerns, goals, health history, and current supports. With your permission, your behavioral health clinician can coordinate with Meridian Primary Care when physical and emotional health needs overlap.

Communication with Meridian Primary Care when behavioral and physical health needs overlap and the patient authorizes coordination.

WHEN TO CONSIDER CARE

When should you consider Meridian Behavioral Health care?

Behavioral-health care may be appropriate when anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, sleep or appetite changes, difficulty concentrating, emotional distress, or other concerns persist, interfere with daily life, or feel difficult to manage without professional support. Treatment may include counseling, medication, or a combination based on the patient’s needs.

Call the front desk at 301-627-3500 to schedule with Meridian Behavioral Health. The front desk will help determine whether an in-person or telehealth visit is appropriate.
